Improve Disability Inclusion with NOD

As a part of Disability Inclusion Month, I partnered with the National Organization on Disability to raise awareness about talent with disabilities.

NOD’s Look Closer campaign focuses on the many qualities and competitive skills that workers with disabilities can bring to an organization. People with Disabilities are the third largest economic power, enabled tech growth like email and touchscreens, and are naturally resilient. Even with these skills, 80% of Americans with disabilities are out of work.
